Starts Now (in Dr. Flax’s office), please bring:

• Mounted virgin teeth, kept moist, and mounted with contact areas aligned
• Loupes (If you don't have Loupes, manufacturers reps will be available to assist you)
• Lab Jacket
• A comprehensive workbook will be provided to all attendees.
