Frequently Asked Questions

Why should I consider having Dr. Flax as a speaker and/or coming to one of his in-office courses?

Unlike some other lecturers, Dr. Flax practices what he preaches. The techniques that he will be sharing with you are the ones that he uses every day in his own highly successful dental practice.

Dr. Flax has developed these techniques using what he has learned in many well-known continuing education courses. He is an accredited member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, a certified member of the Academy of Laser Dentistry, and a fellow of the International Academy of Dento-Facial Esthetics. He is also a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Cosmetic Dentistry.

In addition to giving lectures, Dr. Flax has published several peer-reviewed articles on the closed flap technique.

Why is the course enrollment being kept so small for "Be The Future"?

This course provides a close-up look at the laser techniques as Dr. Flax uses them in his own office. In order to keep that personal approach—and to give you the greatest opportunity to try the techniques yourself—we deliberately keep the enrollment low.

Should my staff members come to Dr. Flax’s presentations?

We absolutely recommend that your staff attend! Right now, we’re the only laser cosmetic course that’s inviting staff members. We do this because we understand how essential a role your staff plays in the success of your office. Dr. Flax understands that in many cases, it’s the knowledge and acceptance of your staff members for a new technology that make its use possible in your office.
